- The image files should be in high quality JPEG format, minimum size 2 Mbt for small formats and minimum size 5 Mbt for big formats OR 1500 px in one direction.
- The photos should be correctly oriented, without frames, logos, author's name, or any text.
- The files should be named as follows: number of the artwork-firstname-lastname-title-technic-dimensions (Height x Width x Depth in cm)
ATTENTION:
If you send photos of fragments or details of the artwork, the file name should contain the word "detail" and also be numbered: "detail-1," "detail-2," and so on.
FOR EXAMPLE:
1st painting by John Smith with two (2) details/ fragments:

LIST OF THE SUBMITED ARTWORKS
The full information about the title, size (in cm), technique, year of creation (optional ) of the artwork should be sent as a text in the e-mail or as a separate text file (Word, Editor, but not pdf). This text file should contain a list of the submitted artworks, with each of them numbered as the image file.
- Please don't use dashes, or underscores or any other signs! Please write the dimensions with "cm"!
- Align the texts vertically!
- When you want to sell PRINTS of some of your works, write "PRINTS AVAILABLE".
