Photograph, designer, master architect Through her photographs, Petra Marino presents visual micro-stories of the urban environment. Her works reflect the presence of people through the traces they leave behind when they inhabit a place.The layering of these traces forms a palimpsest - an abstract document that forms the "soul of the place". Petra Marino's photographs have been awarded in competitions in Japan, the UK, Austria and elsewhere. Her work has been published in issues of "LIGHT - a journal of photography & poetry", New York, and "Obscura", Sofia.  |
